1. Adults only
You must be 18 or over to use the site or create an account.
2. Analysis, not betting advice
Our content – race write-ups, Race DNA scores, "best selections" and statistics – is opinion and analysis for information and entertainment. It is not betting, financial or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to bet. We do not guarantee any outcome or profit, and past results are no guide to the future. If you choose to bet, that is your decision; please see Safer gambling.
3. Odds are indicative
Bookmaker prices are supplied via The Racing API, may be delayed or wrong, and are not an offer to bet. Always check with the bookmaker. We are not affiliated with any bookmaker. See Odds & bookmaker information.
4. Your account
Accounts are free. Keep access to your email secure, as sign-in codes are sent there. Give accurate details. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
5. Acceptable use
Don't: scrape, copy or republish our content or data in bulk; try to break, overload or get round the site's security; use it for anything unlawful; or pretend to be someone else.
6. Intellectual property
Our write-ups, designs, logo and Race DNA method belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Racing data and odds belong to their respective owners and are used under licence from our data providers.
7. Data sources and accuracy
Racecards, results and odds come from third-party providers. We take care but can't promise they are complete, accurate or up to date (for example late non-runners or going changes).
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Because the site is free and for information only, and subject to that, we are not liable for betting losses or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Where digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we didn't use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay compensation.
9. Changes and availability
We may update the site or these terms; we'll show the date above and tell account holders about significant changes. The site may sometimes be unavailable.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or in your home courts if you live elsewhere in the UK.
